This is a post from a constituent of mine. Sometimes the small things we can do make a huge difference to the lives of our constituents. Basically, what happened was this constituent bought a problem care from a local car dealership. The person tried to take it back the next day after they bought it and the car dealership refused to take it back. After a day or so of running into road blocks she called me and I said lets call the DA's fraud division office. She made a call to the fraud line and I made a call to the DA. Needless to say the DA has done a great job in helping my constituent out. Hats off to the DA's office. It really makes you feel good when you can make a difference in a persons life. Linda I am happy things turned out well for you and your daughter. It was my pleasure to be of service to you.

***UPDATE***!!!!! PRAISE REPORT!!! Received paper work from the DA's office yesterday.. taking the car back today and getting our money back! Basically what the paper work says is that they agree to take the car back and give us ALL our money back.. Thanks to everyone that has prayed for us and supported us especially OUR very OWN (State Representative) Daniel Hawkins with his help on this matter! Thanks Dan you are AWESOME!
