Thursday we finished what we start Wednesday by passing out of the House on Final Action and sending to the Senate HB 2052, HB 2055 and HB 2199. All of these bills dealt with Second Amendment in some form. It was nice seeing them pass out of the house. This is one of the issues I came to the Capitol to support. We have done this now. Yesterday I had 2 pages from my District at the Capitol. Cameron Amos and Spencer Vander both from Maize South High School They served as pages in the house and then went on a tour of the Capitol. They had their pictures taken with the Governor and we had pizza in my office. It was a great day for them. I will try to have more pages next year. This year it has been a challenge having time to spend with pages. Next year we will make time. Happy Friday from home in Wichita.
