This last week I sat by a businessman from Wichita at a dinner in Garden City. We were talking about what causes business the most trouble. He was not shy in saying that the regulations handed down by State and Federal government causes them the most trouble. He asked that in this next session, please do not make things any tougher on business than what it already is. We in the legislature need to look at the unintended consequences of the bills that are considered for passage. We need to have a no more regulations pledge. Just a thought.
