I attended the utilities meeting at noon yesterday. The utilities will have several bills they will be supporting during the next legislative session. I had the opportunity to set at a table with Peggy Mast, Will Carpenter, Ty Masterson and Mark Hutton. There was a lively discussion. The utilities talked about the Obama Administration's all out war against the coal industry and how we can expect higher rates due to this war on coal.
