Gov. Sam Brownback had an open house for the House members yesterday while we were waiting for the Senate to finish their business. It was a great use of time and a chance for all House members to ask questions of him and his cabinet Secretaries. I would say there were maybe 30 of us that took advantage of the opportunity. At the end I talked with the Governor for a couple minutes.
