The tax plan failed 42 to 71. We are now back to the drawing board. I hope the conference committee will now take up Mark Hutton and Gene Sullentrop tax plan. I believe it makes the most sense and has the best chance of passing if they give it the proper time to be explained. I am sure we will be here all week now.
