Saturday I moved to my temporary apartment in Topeka. I arrived about 3:45 pm and started unloading everything. I am sharing a 2 bedroom apartment with a Senator. Everything is put away and I am ready to go. Of course I have to go to the store today and pick up some things I did not think about. Like trash cans, paper plates, plastic forks, knives and spoons, of course red solo cups. Will have to get some cleaning supplies. Michael my roommate said, we are going to get stuff and then it will be left over at the end. Well, I have a plan for that, we will store all of the left over stuff in a tote and bring it next year when we come back. This reminds me when I went off to college. Except the place we are staying is a lot better than that first college apartment. Today I am going to see a friend here in Topeka and this evening we have 4 receptions to attend. The good thing is they are all in the same building. Happy Sunday from Topeka!
