Yesterday I met with the editorial board of the Wichita Eagle. It was an interview with myself and my opponent to determine which one of us the paper would endorse. It was an interesting experience and one that I await to see how the paper will treat me. I slipped and said a couple of things I wish I would not have said. But, that is the way it goes. In politics you must be so careful what you say as things are taken out of context when it is reported.
