In the last legislative session a tax bill passed in Kansas and is called the 2012 Kansas Tax Act. My opponent thinks that all is well with the tax act when in fact there are several problems. I will not enumerate them until after the primary election as I doubt that she understands the tax bill and would use the information. Suffice it to say there are some items in the tax bill that will need to be fixed immediately after the start of the 2013 legislative session. I plan to be there and help in fixing this bill and making it better next year. If you are in the 100th district, your vote is important in making sure the best candidate makes it to the next session.
