I attended the Sedgwick County GOP monthly meeting yesterday evening. The event was well attended. All of the GOP candidates for insurance commissioner were present. Congressman Mike Pompeo was present and spoke. More importantly our National Committeeman Todd Tiahrt was present. I enjoyed seeing Todd at the event.

Today I attended the Sedgwick County Farm Bureau farm days meeting for legislators. It is amazing the technology used in farming today. I am certainly happy I attended the meeting. I learned a lot about farming today. Also, I met the new Sedgwick County Extension Agent, Zach Simon. I look forward to watching Zach grow into his new career.
